We have always lived near family so maddie has never had to stay at a kennel until last weekend. I was totally impressed with the Golden Paw. She stayed in a suite with a TV (animal planet -- for reals) and a raised bed. And I had the peace of mind of looking in on her in real time on the web. The staff was really accommodating and sweet. When I picked her up the woman told me they waited to give her the second pill for the day because she was out of the food I brought and they didn't want to upset her stomach. I was very impressed that even though there were many dogs there they were so conscientious. We will definitely be back. They walked her without charging me extra and she had two 15-minute play sessions in the dogie day care area. The deluxe room was $42 nightly but they have cheaper options. more

Our guys stay here when we take a rare trip OOT, and we are comforted by the fact that rooms have webcams (our vacations are usually spent watching these cameras from the hotel room). Grooming and bath wise, the GP is very reasonable, and there is usually a big dog in the play area who stands on two feet against the glass when you arrive. Nothing but puppy love for the Paw! more

Thank goodness for The Golden Paw! Knowing my Sam is in good hands and having fun while I'm at work is a huge stress off my shoulders. Sammy is like a child to me so I'm sure I drive the staff crazy! They really care about the pups and have always well exceeded my customer serviced expectations and I have really high standards for these things. Sammy is always super happy and tired when I pick him up. If you want your pup to be well cared for and have a great time, take them to The Golden Paw. :) more

I fell in love with this kennel for the special features for the dogs and other animals. Each dog gets is own Plexiglas area, with a pet couch, a TV with animal planet, a radio playing with classical music and treats. There also is a for the owners. The very fact that there is a web cam in your dog's space just makes me a whole lot less worried when I have to leave her. Although the kennel averages $36/night plus more for walks, playtime, etc. I feel that it is worth it for the dogs and peace of mind for the owners. Great concept! more

This is a great place to keep your dog while you are away. If you are anything like me, you worry about your puppy when you are on a trip and this place has a greay system to help you. They have cameras in their center to allow you to watch 24/7. Before I dropped off my dog, I watched the videos a lot to see if there was anything I didn't like about how they treated the animals and I always so kindness. This is a winner. more
