The quality of cleaning is so so but expensive; however, the ladies (not the employees!) are RUDE and OBNOXIOUS! Not worthy to go there anymore! more

Sooo, I have been having my dry cleaning done at Paul's for over 30 years. I personally know the Morabito family and I was shocked at the way i was treated by a lady named Ruth who claims to be a family member. I took my daughters very expensive letterman's jacket in for cleaning and when I went to pick it up she brought it out to me not finished. She said they hadn't brushed it yet and it wasn't even in a bag. I noticed blue spots on the leather sleeves and she just skoffed and said that the blue must have bled on the white leather. No apology. Nothing. I said I could not accept this jacket and she said rudely she would see IF they could clean it up. WHAT!!!! She was indignant, rude, indifferent, unprofessional and acted like I was putting her out to redo the jacket. She needs to be in the back where no one can encounter her attitude. I have known this family for over 30 years. I can not believe the Angelo or Ron would put up with this attitude. I work at one of the largest employers in this area. I would be hesitant to recommend Paul's with this type of personnel working for them. more

The staff at Paul's dry cleaners, are incredibly rude. I have been going to Paul's for 6 years and today was my last day. A lady named Ruth who works there, has always been very rude to me, but today, she went as far as insulting my profession in the real estate industry and insinuating that I am not an important customer because I only go there 3 - 4 times a year. She also told me that she would no longer honor my discount that I have had there for 6 years. When I told her that I was going to take my business elsewhere, she just skoffed and said ""you only come in here 3 - 4 times a year anyway"". I would highly suggest not taking your business to Paul's dry cleaners. They are very overpriced as well. more

pauls Dry Cleaning & Laundry provides professional service. I got my clothes dry cleaned without any problems, and they turned out alright,I can say they get the job done. I haven't found any flaws in their service,they are just expert in their work.and they can deliver in minimum time period.prices are also very resonable there.so I would recommand them highly. more
