Excellent customer service, reasonable pricing 2/13/2014

Despite moving from Rocky River, I drive from Avon Lake for service. It is easy to schedule an appointment, even on short notice. Everyone is friendly. Brian is awesome, I totally trust him and his work. I think pricing is fair. more

I ALWAYS walk away VERY pleased with ther "over the top" service I get from Pat's . They do excellent work and complete the job in the promised amount of time -- 12/19/2013

I ALWAYS walk away from Pat's with a smile feeling confident that my car was treated with kid gloves. --- My car is my "baby" I especially like that I can often call for an oil change and get right in and out in 45 minutes. Bad thing is I shop a few stores down at the resale shop and spend $$$ Ha ha. Makes changing oil somehthing to look forward to. Mary Kinley more
