Great Team 4/10/2014

As usual, the Patriot Service Department performed the service functions with professionalism and respect. A costly repair was handled with clarity and respect. My timetable got moved, but the service manager was most helpful in trying to meet my time needs, even wuith an unexpected repair. The new waiting area is comfortable, clean and works well for those of us who bring work for the wait. Bravo team! more

Interior cleaning a little spotty 4/10/2014

I asked for the least expensive interior cleaning (about $35). Unfortunately, the trunk area was not touched. (Perhaps it's not covered.) more

I had my car serviced. Upon arrival someone was right there to take down information and then I was given an idea of how long the wait would be and told what the service would entail. The waiting room very pleasant. I find service thorough and reliable. more

Very pleasant personnel- was taken on time and kept informed as to how much longer and what was happening with the car. The waiting area has all the amenities you would need if you are waiting for awhile. Felt very confident in the folks who were taking care of me and my car. more

great customer attention 4/8/2014

overall experience great. salesman matt was great. did have to bring vehicle back with cracked coolant reservoir. which was not a problem. the only issue I had was having to wait 3 hours to find out a part needed to be ordered. I feel it should not have taken so long. I feel an hour tops would have been enough time for a tech to realize a part needed to be ordered and that I would not be leaving with my car that day. I made the appointment for 2:30 and left just after 5:30 with a loaner. I was sooo tired from waiting. it was frustrating. more
