Patio Enclosures Inc. is a neat company to check out. THey will halp your enclose your patio or design your own sun room. You can get really any kind of sun room for any budget. We got a retractable awning from them which has been absolutely wonderful for parties or just sitting outside during the summer. It attaches to your house and is on a remote control. They also do some work with replacing windows and decks but I don't know how they do in that area.
