Expensive and Mediocre 5/11/2005

Where did the flavor go? Garlic prawns were devoid of garlic. Seafood/rabbit paella was, for two people at $18 PER PERSON sharing a 9-inch diameter dish, a study in soupy blandness - dry, bony chunks of rabbit cowering behind the rubbery scallops. Sangria was unpleasantly reeking of brandy- tone it down a little! Wine list was the only good point. Don't go expecting the rich and pungent tastes of the former Tapeo - they were left behind.
