We had a very sweet waitress she was naturally concerned and polite and offered suggestions. Her name was Kara. They had a wonderful menu and we all had something different it was a nice experiance all together and we will return. I would reccomend this place to our friends. more

Upon walking into the Park Tavern I expected mediocre bar food, this was not the case. I had an awesome mushroom and swiss burger with a side of tator tots. Ok, tator tots are tator tots, but the burger was delicous. After our dinner we played a few games of pool and some video games. A great time was had by all. I will surely be back for some bowling and pingo. more

"Red light yellow light green light go, crazy little woman at a one man show" Every time I think of Park Tavern I start to sing karaoke songs in my head. (Pour Some Sugar On Me being hands down my favorite). Why? Because Park Tavern is one of the best places in the city to get a gang together for a little Karaoke fun. The beer is always flowing, the pizzas are delicious and cheap, and the entertainment is well... entertaining. They have a huge song book, and novices and actual singers who can sing rock the mike. And although I usually go to Memory Lanes for bowling, if Karaoke isn't your thing park tavern does have bowling lanes. Bottom Line: One of the best places for karaoke in the city! I've been coming to Park Tavern since celebrating my 10th birthday with a party at their bowling alley. It was fun then, and it's even better now. Because now I get to enjoy the not one, but two bars on either side of the actual bowling area. What could be better? Not much, I tell you. Good beer on tap, very laid back, lots of pull tabs to win (or lose) lots of money on...plus my most successful attempts at being a fantastic darts player have been made within the back bar. Thank you Park Tavern. Seriously, visit this bar. more

Our team took a team outing for the United Way for a Backpacks for Kids donation party. The lanes were full and Park Tavern donated free pizza and bowling and free soda. Lots of people ordered beer so they probably made out alright, but it was a good time. I have been to their tavern before and they have good bar food and trivia and lots of good beer. I have always had a great time here and the service is always really good. Good bowling, beer, and food makes it one of the best bowling alleys in the cities. more

I had the day off yesterday, so my boyfriend and I decided we wanted to have fun. It was around 6:00pm when I decided that I wanted to play pool or darts or something. We couldn't really think of anywhere close to the house where we could go for some bar fun, so we decided to come try out Park Tavern.. Glad we did, we had a really great time. We started out playing a couple games of pool. Pitchers of Fat Tire was only $11.00, which would have been cheaper than buying individual glasses of the beer. The bartender told us that anyways. He was really great. Allowed us to have fun, served us some really Fresh beer, and was helpful in allowing us to save money! After we played two games of pool. we decided it had been like 5 years since either of us had actually bowled.. WOW.. we suck! Bowling was a lot of fun, the lanes were nice, and being there at like 7:30pm, it was the least bit crowded. We ended up playing four games! The guys in charge of bowling were pretty nice. They kept making crude comments on my style.. but you get over that! It was fun. Apparently we are going back tonight too! On Tuesdays, Ladies bowl for free, and guys bowl $7 all you can bowl.. Plus cheap drinks in the 11th Frame Bar. It sounds like it could be fun, I've never been there until yesterday, and I left buzzed and happy... so why not go again?!? At 9:00 a door guy comes, and family bowling ends. As we were leaving (around 8:45ish) the line for bowling at 9 was out the door. I think if we are seriously planning on bowling tonight for ladies night, we will have to get there around 8:30 or maybe earlier to make sure we get a lane! Hope we do! more

The most random mix of people come to the Park Tavern...and that's why I love it here. I also bowled in a league here...intimidated???? If you come to the SLP for F U N you need to stop in for one of their delicious pizza's and a cold beer. Also a good place to watch the game, do a little Saturday night karaoke, happy hour during the week, or just get sloppy drunk cause of the line of taxi's that are ready to take you home. Thank goodness I can stumble home from here! more

Weekday bowling here is the best! Super fun crowd on the $10 unlimited bowling nights (includes shoes)!!!! Can't go wrong with that! more

Enormous servings of good quality bar food at reasonable prices. My husband ordered a small Mexican Pizza, I ordered the barbecue burger, daughter had child's menu pizza. Not knowing how enormous his pizza would be, my sweetie ordered what is usually a modest appetizer...chips with cheese and salsa. Let me tell you, this monster platter of tricolored chips was smothered in at least 3/4 lbs melted real cheese (not sauce or "queso".) The salsa was the typical bottled kind. My burger was HUGE, drippy, flavorful. The fries were average, would have chosen waffle fries if I had known(or would have forgone completely if I'd known about those chips!) Highly recommend. Clean sports bar, "pull tabs" (still foreign to a Floridian,) and I understand Karaoke one night a week, will check that out sometime. That TV trivia thing. There's a smokers lounge & bowling, saw sign for a DJ, none of which are our thing, but popular with others as we saw when we tried to get in one crowded Saturday night. more

The "Park Tavern" to conveneintly located on Louisiana Blvd. in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, just south of Minnetonka Blvd. They offer a variety of dining options, includings burgers, fries, drinks and appetizers. It is quite convenient since the "Park Tavern" is also home to a bowling alley. I wish that they had a few more lanes though, last time I was there, I had to wait for 45 minutes to bowl. more

This place is fun! They have great food, good beer (and other drinks), and the bowling is great! I have been in leagues here for several years now and it is always fun. They play great music so it makes the league night even more fun. They have great happy hour specials. Some nights they even offer free bowling - but I have heard that the line is pretty long to get in. more
