Park & Market is not worth the rent. I pay over $1,600 and what do i get in return....no sleep at night due to the World of Beer which is direclty across from my unit. Cigarette smoked filled elevators, cigarette smoke filled stairwells. Fire alarms that go off in the early morning hours. Once my lease is up, I am out of here. more
