Their folding is haphazardly done, but not too different from other wash-n-fold places. Taking the time to refold, iron and sort, I don't feel like I am saving myself work, yet paying more for laundry being done. Also, zipper on a new, expensive pair of shorts was returned shredded apart. Pros: fast, decent customer service, same day service Cons: must refold and re-sort laundry, clothes may get ruined, no fabric softener more

Great customer service and quality of service 5/1/2007

Park East Dry Cleaners is not only sweet and easy to work with, they will go out of their way for you everytime. Poor things have to re-deliver my laundry and dry cleaning like twice a week because I am never home when I say I will be. And they never complain about it. They do my laundry even better than my housekeeper from when I was a little girl! Now that's saying a lot. Highly recommended. Pros: service, location, prices more
