Accommodating dealer! 2/14/2011

I have been very pleased with my sales experience at Park Cities Ford. David Jaffe was very helpful and accommodating when I finally decided which Taurus I wanted, emailed me and called me after the sale to see if I was satisfied, an made arrangements to have the extra tint removed from my windows upon my request. On different occasions when I was waiting for paper work to be completed or see David, carious employees would walk by and ask if I was being helped. I appreciated the friendliness and professionalism at Park Cities Ford!!! more
