Internet Sales.Relocated to Dallas for a job. Using my daughter's car while she is out of the country participating in an internship. Need a car for work so researched dealerships and felt comfortable with Internet salesman. He was responsive and helpful over email and the telephone. He found me a certified vehicle which met my budget and got me pre approved over the phone in one day. I scheduled time same afternoon to test drive car and seal the deal. Before scheduled appointment salesman emailed me to let me know that Finance Director whom brokered my deal had all the paperwork in his office and had left for the day. Thus, he would get all my ppwk in the morning for me to come in and close deal. Great, right? Well I didn't wait until the next day to test drive car I made arrangements for a test drive that evening to make sure vehicle would work for me and in an effort to keep the ball rolling. I confirmed with salesman I wanted the car and would be in the following day after work, 4:30pm, to close the deal. Great, right? Well at about 3:45pm the following day I received a call and an email from salesman that the car had been sold!!!! Salesman was very apologetic and informed me latter action was out of his control and that he too was under the impression that car was already sold to me and contract had already been written up and approved for my review and signature. To say the least I was very upset. Met with sales manager and general manager today. Now, I am just waiting to see how this dealership will make this right. more

The sales staff at Park Cities is above all others. I will continue to recommend them to all I know or encounter. I have just purchased my fourth vehicle with them. more

The dealership has done a top job both in the sales and service departments… At this time my car is in for some minor items and I have a rental to use…. The personnel in this dealership are all very friendly and put the customer first. more

My sales experience was wonderful Roger Venegas explained everything about the car, answered all my questions, was very helpful and made our care buying experience very pleasant. I LOVE my Ford Fiesta. It is a pleasure to drive and the safety features are outstanding. What sold me on the car was the SYNC features. I have an i-Phone which I love and now I have a car that syncs with my i-phone which is even more outstanding! My car is Lime Green and every time I get into my car, I feel like a teenager! At my age that’s a great feeling!!! more

Excellent Greg, new car sale manager is most accommodating, Ashamed to say I cannot remember my sales persons name at this time, but he was super, not the sales person’s fault, mine for having a bad memory. Fortune O’Neal GM is also most accommodating. My son and daughter recently purchased cars at Park Cities, they got rid of overrated Lexus’s. more

I have had absolutely EXCELLENT SERVICE at your dealership the last couple of times I have been in. I couldn’t be happier with Corwin. Doug was good but I tell you Corwin is way beyond that. Unprofessional and deceptive. I found a truck online they had listed. I made contact with two salesman over a two day period and they assured me the truck was available. I showed up to find out that the truck had been sold two weeks prior. The old ""bait and switch"" was on. I left out the front door before they had a chance to sell me something I did not need. I will not return, and don't recommend them to anyone else. Very disappointed. more

I made an internet inquiry & it was followed up the next morning. The salesman I initially spoke with was busy with another customer when I arrived at the showroom. He had another sales man give me his complete attention. Both gentleman were complete professionals. The process of working out the turning in my prev. leased Ford Fusion and leasing the new 2012 Focus was seamless. I had leased my Fusion from Watson Ford in Jackson MS in 2012. There is no comparison to the level of professional ism and service provided by Watson and Park Cities. more

Staff is very friendly! This is VERY important. If the staff treats me in a disrespectful manner, I have no problem finding another business. I am very happy with my experience with them especially with Bill who is in charge of the online part. This place is clean, so this makes me feel valued. If I go to a business and have to wait in an untidy/dirty area then it tells me that we do not value you. One last item, I am greeted warmly immediately as I enter the service area. First impressions mean a lot and it will tell me if I will return or not. Keep up the GREAT work. more
