Not receiving text messages prior to appoi 2/5/2012

Usually I will get emails and text prior yo my appointments and I don't recall getting anything this last time! more

First appointment 1/19/2012

MY FIRST APPT AT PARIS PARKER AND WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED. WAS GREETED WHEN I WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR, MY STYLIST WAS MADE AWARE OF MY ARRIVAL AND WAS OFFERED SOMETHING TO DRINK. LOVED CHRIS AND LOVED MY HAIRCUT. MADE MY NEXT APPOINTMENT BEFORE I LEFT. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO OTHERS. more

Not so much 1/17/2012

Any salon service except for maybe waxing shouldn't hurt. Hair color shouldn't hurt. I went to my regular colorist who has been doing my hair for over a year and she pulled and pulled and pulled my hair. Not with foils, but with regular regrowth converage. I don't think I will be going back to her. more

Very upset! 1/11/2012

I went in to the salon on Prytania. This was not my first visit. I had a monthly appointment. I was told that someone else would be cutting my hair. Why was the other person given the appointment with the hairdresser I had booked. Not happy and did not return. more

Great experience! 1/7/2012

The overall atmosphere was wonderful. The staff are warm and friendly, not at all snooty like you experience at some other salons. My appointment was with Jared and I am so happy that I chose him! He is awesome...sweet, funny, and really listened to what I wanted. He delivered and I will definitely go back. Oh, the scalp massage was amazing :) more

David is hands down the best colorist in Louisiana and likely beyond. I've been a client for years and cannot say enough about him - you all are super lucky to have him. Chris is a great new find for me. I've got impossible hair and he is one of the few people I've ever gone to who can figure out how to cut it to make it look good. I'm sold. Won't go anywhere else and would wait months to get an appointment with these guys. more

Wonderful Experience! 11/23/2011

I am always hesitant about where I get my hair cut because I had so many bad experiences. My friend recommended Paris Parker on Prytania & I am so happy I listened to her! The atmosphere and decor was so upscale and classy. Jerilyn did such a wonderful job with my hair! The haircut was perfect and came out exactly how I wanted it too!! I called on Monday and was able to get an appointment the next day which was great especially since it was the week of Thanksgiving! Everyone was extremely friendly! I will definitely be returning. Thanks Jerilyn!! more

I was a new customer today at the salon. I called and requested a walk in appt and was told Miranda had one. I went in and had a great cut. I had no idea that I was paying 70.00 though. I thought all cuts were 35.00 I feel that this information should have been told to me over the phone when booking the appt. more

I'm always anxious when I get my haircut-- especially when it's with someone new-- but Paige was great! She put me at ease, and she cut my hair exactly how I wanted. I definitely recommend her. more

Would never return or recommend 11/16/2011

Left work early to arrive on time. Put on frock & when I emerged, person "helping" me was no where to be found. Assumed I was to sit & wait which turned out to be 20+ min. No one provided info on when stylist might be available/why she was running late or asked if I needed anything. Stylist finally appeared & called me by the wrong name. Put me under the "lamp" for 15 min but disappeared for 20. Never checked on color or me. Have ridiculously light blonde streaks randomly in my hair. Not my usual experience at an "upscale" salon. more
