I have been ordering pizzas from this Port Orchard Papa Johns location for years. I have an online account so I ordered a pizza online. I live close to this store so the email acknowledged that I would receive my pizza in 30-45 minutes. Over 2 hours and 4 calls to them later I received my cold pizza. The driver couldn't find my house because the manager wrote down the wrong address from the online order. The driver didn't have a cell phone so they couldn't contact him while delivering with the correct address that I gave them. No apologies nor a hot pizza nor a response from the store manager. This will be my last order from Papa Johns. more

Papa Johns has always been good however like every other place every now and then you have a bad experience. I have overall had several great experiences and very few bad ones that were handled professionally by their managers. This is the one place i can call and the person on the other end doesnt sound like their arm is being bent to say hello. The ingredients are fresh, the dough is fresh, and the cheese is well of course is also fresh. I enjoy getting fresh ingredients, and Papa Johns delivers. I have tried the Hut twice in the last six months and both experiences were so horrible that they had to give me free pizza because they messed up so badly. Also if you have a problem ask for Roy, he will take care of you. Customer satisfaction is number one on their list of priorities. And if you have a problem with the taste call back and let them know, chances are they will hook you up. more

Their sauce is a horrible canned product, their dough taste plain like it comes frozen or something. Their drivers are scary looking and unprofessional. Just call me old school, but I like my pizza made fresh with fresh toppings, especially if I'm going to pay that much for a pizza.\r more

Well, the king of cardboard pizza is finally here..of all the cheap garbage pizza, Papa Johns is the ultimate. Enjoy it if you are stoned or drunk and need something to soak up the alcohol. Otherwise, get some Pizza Hut! more

Move over Pizza Hut and Dominos, we finally got a Papa John's in Washington. My family and I were originally from Alabama, where we had Papa John's pizza. I was so disappointed to find out that when we moved to Washington, there was no Papa Johns. Boy, was I excited when they opened up the first one, then the one in our area. I love the garlic sauce, the marinara, the pizza, everything about it. The only thing that could be improved is the crust, I still prefer Pizza Hut's crust, but that's about it.
