I recently hired Pam's Specialized Catering to handle a welcome home brunch for my daughter. We had around 60 guests. Pam's pricing was well within our budget and our guest raved about the food. Her shrimp and grits are the best I have ever had. Thanks for making the day special and we will tell all our friends about your fantastic service. more

We used Pam's Specialized Catering for our daughters wedding in July. My. Daughter and her fianc? was a little sceptical because of some reviews they had seen. We talked with Pam and she was very honest and put all of us at ease. It was the best choice we could have made. Pam and her staff was very helpful and easy going. We had about175 guests from all over and they raved about the food. We would recommend Pam to anyone and definetly use us service again. Remember when you're reading those reviews you're getting one side of the story. more

HER STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. SHE IS VERY LAID BACK AND EASY GOING. I LOVED WORKING WITH HER. I WILL SUGGEST HER TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND IF I EVER NEED ANOTHER CATERER IT WILL ABSOLUTELY BE HER. more

If you use this caterer be careful and ask a lot of questions. I paid for 160 people (per person) and only 100 showed. I ran out of food before the 100 people got through the line. She will say she will give you enough and she doesn't. My take on this, overpriced and underfed. I paid a lot of money to this caterer. She told me "" I can't do anything for you."" I had proof (through pics) that the food was not the correct amount. Just please think twice before you use this person. more
