First the owner was rude and condescending when I questioned the amount quoted for my trade-in. Next the Sales Manager told me I said certain things which I never did. I was upset with how I was treated, so I went to another Jeep dealer to buy the car. Then, they flat out refused to release the car to my new dealer basically, if I wouldn't buy it from them, they wouldn't let me have the car. They should represent their brand and help people, regardless of whether it is their sale or another dealer's sale. I am glad I didn't buy from them, but they did their best to inconvenience both me and my new dealer. I wouldn't trust them with any transaction whatsoever!
