We went out to Paliani's because it has been about a year since our last visit and their food was good and always has been. This time our experience was shocking. We waited about 20 minutes to get a menu. The waitress told us sorry but they were really busy. There were 4 other tables seated while we were there. We ordered after 40 minutes. The food came after an hour and 15 minutes. It was horrible. It is obvious nothing is fresh and everything was frozen. The lazagna's were edible but my wifes lazagna did not have any sauce. When we asked the waitress about this she told us they ran out. My son ordered beef tortellini. He got cheese tortellini which was fine because he was starving and he started to eat it. He got sick from it and missed school. The chef did not believe that we were served cheese tortellini so he wanted to see it, believe me, he can have it. My mothers chicken marsella was so bad it was sad. The taste was beyond words and it looked horrible. My dish was another special, spaghetti something with ham, bacon etc. It was the first dish in my life I could not eat and sent back. There was no sauce in the pasta, no ham, and no bacon. I still do not understand what it was supposed to be. The pepperoni calzone was good but i was afraid to eat it after everything else\r
This restaurant has always seemed dirty and not very good service but it always had the food to fall back on. not anymore. The new owner has failed to keep the old food quality. I give it 6 months to close its doors
