I don't work for this company or know anyone that works there. I personally purchased alot ot product from P.C. Richar'd. Great customer service,fast deliveries, and great prices....

Never again 3/23/2007

Would not recommend overall. Good selection and reasonably knowledgeable salesmen, although last time I was there the salesman spent more time telling me why they were better than Home Depot than actually helping us. ( I did not realize that because PC salesmen get commission they are naturally better and care more...). Pros: Good variety for NYC. Good prices overall. Cons: Salesmen, delivery, service. more

Vague return policy 6/4/2006

The store and their website don't even mention their return policies. The only policy you will find from the receipt is that the warranty is done by the manufacturer. The receipt does not specify how many days consumers are able to get service (exchange or return the merchandise) from the store at all. more
