The trees available to cut are tagged with their price. They are priced according to size, fullness and symmetry. There are usually a couple of "Charlie Brown" trees at a bargain basement price. :)
You get to ride a wagon behind a tractor out to the field where you can borrow a hacksaw to cut-your-own tree or you can ask an employee to help you.
They will take your tree up to a preparation area where they shake the dead needles out, net it and tie it to your car roof.
Large, juicy blackberries available early summer to pick at this farm near Owasso.
The blackberries I believe were the mostly thornless variety, but you may want to call and ask before going out there with short sleeves. I think they also provided the baskets for the berries and some optional gloves.
These are good to eat fresh, on ice cream, cooked in cobblers, pies, and preserves.
They also offer already picked berries to those who prefer not to do the picking themselves.
