Outback Steakhouse

I WENT WITH SOME FRIENDS TO OUTBACK (MY FIRST TIME) ABOUT 6 WEEKS OR SO AGO. THE EMPLOYEES WERE ALL JUST GREAT. THE THING I LOOKED FORWARD TO THE MOST WAS THE WORST PART OF THE EVENING. I ORDERED PRIME RIB, DONE MEDIUM. WHEN IT CAME TO ME IT WAS RED - PRETTY CLOSE TO RAW. I WAS WITH A BIRTHDAY PARTY AND DIDN'T WANT TO SEND IT BACK EVEN THOUGH THE WAITER OFFERED. THE MEAT WAS JUST LIKE CUTTING RAW MEAT AND HAD VERY LITTLE TASTE. I'M NOT A PICKY EATER EITHER. THE SIDE ORDERS WERE OUTSTANDING ESPECIALLY THE BAKED SWEET POTATO. OVERALL, IT WAS THE BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY I'VE SPENT AT A RESTAURANT IN A LONG TIME. I'M NOT LOOKING FOR ANY MONEY BACK, FREE MEAL, ETC; I JUST WANT YOU TO KNOW. Recently we dined at OutBack and had a pleasant experience. The waiter was kind and worked in a timely fashion. He did mix up our drink order, but we were in a big party. Everything else we ordered came out in an appropriate amount of time. The meal was tasty and temperature was just right. The place was clean and employees were nice. more

My family and I went to Outback in Warner Robins a few weeks ago. When we walked in, we were greeted immediately and seated immediately. Our waitress took our drink order and brought them out within a few minutes. We ordered an appetizer and it arrived shortly, right after the waitress brought us some bread to snack on. Our meal arrived within 20 minutes and everything was wonderful. My children are small and tend to misbehave a bit, but the waitress was very sweet to them and made them laugh. We would definitely go back to Outback! more
