I received a giftcard where I could use it at Carrabas or Outback. Since I haven't been to Outback in a while - my husband and I decided to go for a Sunday lunch treat. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. I've NEVER had a bad experience at Outback - I've eaten at Outbacks in several states - and never did I have bad service. Well - I guess there is a first for everything. The waiter was fairly nice, but after getting our drink - it took almost 20 minutes to get a bloomin onion. Then, the table next to us got their salads (table of 6 that came in about 15-20 min after us). I gave the waiter ""a look"" like - where the heck are our salads -he looked down at our table - noticed there were no salads and went running off to the kitchen. I saw no other waiters on the whole 1/2 of our restaurant - he was serving all the tables. Our salad came and the dressing was so salty - my husband would not eat it. It was the blue cheese chop salad which I love but whoever made the dressing day sucks at that job - it was awful. Our onion and steaks were good and prepared well - but we got our meal after being there for an hour. Then I waited 15 min after finishing our meal - NO CHECK - I had to finally go to the hostess and ask for to find out waiter - we wanted to leave. It took him another 8 minutes to bring the check. Then, my husband waited nother 5-10 min to get the bill back. I finally wen to the car because it was so ridiculous. Needless to say - we are fixed - we won't be visiting this location ever again.\r more

this place has a manager/owner who actually gives a hoot. if something's not right, she always fixes it! highly recommend! more

Haven't been to an Outback in years but I can always count on a great steak, this time was no exception. Excellent prime rib. Our server was outstanding and the speed of service, table checks, refills, was A+. Only real glitch was our entrance where we were greeted by young lady who looked upset that we showed up. She never smiled and seemed annoyed when we asked her a question. Then she and another hostess, who showed us our table, deliberated we each other for nealy a minute over where to seat us while we stood there. Meanwhile we were the only ones waiting and the restaurant had plenty of open tables. I though that was a little unprofessional, maybe even a little rude. But the rest made up for it. Pros: Reliably good food and table service. Cons: Less than friendly hostess more

This location is hit-or-miss... you can definitely have a great meal and experience, but that isn't always guaranteed. They lack the ability to keep more than a small dedicated staff which causes everyone to be overworked unnecessarily. The real kicker... the last review was posted by one of their own bartenders. No one has cared enough to post since 2003... think about it. more

I go to this Outback all the time. The waitstaff are great and the bartenders are even better. This guy at the bar is always doing magic and the managers always come out and say hi. Most people who travel know and trust Outback for quality food at a reasonable price. They just rolled out a new drink menu with some awesome choices like the pineapple chipotle margarita.
