Royal Treatment 9/9/2011

I was disappointed when Outback discontinued offering the Queensland Salad. I was contacted by one of the managers at this location (where I visit) who offered to have it made special for me any time I wanted. I was very surprised at the offer & thought ""it's probably part of his job"". Well, they added the wrong dressing and he offered to make me another one on the house my next visit. I was more surprised when he brought it out to me himself. But the topper was his pleasant and courteous attitude through it all. I could tell that it was genuine and not just ""part of his job"". more

My husband and I both ordered the Norwegian salmon dinner which we've had before at an Outback in another state and really enjoyed. The dark bread that was brought first was very tasteless, and there was no dinner salad with the order, just steamed veggies and the salmon - no rice, no potatoes, nothing. Just the bread, veggies, and fish - all for $14.95. Not enough food for the price! Cheap, cheap!! Pros: good service Cons: a mighty small dinner more

Well run restaurant! 12/10/2007

I have been to this location many times over the last 6 years and have rarely had a problem of any kind. The servers are always nice and personable, the food is always great and quickly served. My only beef is the bar area is a smoking zone and some times the smoke can drift to the non-smoking are when the front door is opened frequently. Other than that, this is a well managed restaurant. Pros: Good food, great service! Cons: Smoking area not contained enough more

Great bar! 10/18/2006

We go there at least once a year, on Kentucky Derby day. We sit at the bar and have snacks and watch the race. The bartenders are very friendly and make delicious drinks. The snacks are superb and they're enough of a meal for me - especially the coconut shrimp. Pros: Great food, friendly service more

Food was OK at best 6/13/2006

Went there last week for dinner and took wifes sister who is visiting here from California. Boy was this a dissapointment. I was embarrased. The steaks were under cooked, tasted like they poured a pound of salt on each steak. Waitress replaced all our steaks to our satisfaction. All in all the service was good. Not the best steak around. Pros: service was excellent, good dinner salad Cons: terrible parking, loud, steaks not so good more
