It is quite obvious there are a lot of people who don't know the difference between rotten cuts of meat marinated in salt water to tenderize them vs a nice prime or choice cut from the supermarket. I despise cooks that use a lot of salt and ever restaurant this outfit uses a lot with the exception of the bonefish Grill. I ordered my stek meium rare and it came out well to the point of turnoing to shoe leather. My potato was covered in rock salt. Again, if you want salt you can add it yourself. My steak came out the second time medium well with no pink visible. I gave up. There were no apologies, just the excuse of we must have a new cook. The service was really unacceptable. We will not return!!
