I spent $45,000 with Dr. O and what I have gotten from him is results that make me look worst then before having FFS with him. There gaps in the bones of my chin and head that you can see. Watch out for Mira I seen stories about other bad results and Mira talked me into still having surgery with Dr. O claiming that they were all false. Here I am now with problems and Dr. O and Mira will not do anything about them. Some one did alot of copying and pasting since you will see the same reviews from the same users in here also. And his selected anethesiologist, Dr. Michael McGehhe, is just over the top considerate and caring. My thinking is you have to trust the anesthesiologist as much as the surgeon! And Dr. O has his five favorites of which I think I was given number one on anyone's list. My room was large, bright and well staffed. Certainly there's great comfort knowing a well-trained, skilled nursing staff is only a buttom away. I felt very safe and in the best hands possible should any complications occur. The surgeries were long - three hours on Wednesday and twelve on Thursday - so I'm still weak but less than I expected and oh ... so very happy having selected Dr. O and friends. Mira Collucio, his assistant for some twenty-seven years is so warm and caring and at the same time very skillful and experienced with the various issues and questions one has. I'm sure she's "heard it all" but seemed to me that not only was mine a very important thought but a very important concern to her. I knew after my first office visit that I'd made the correct decision. more

I would be negligent if I didn't also express my deep appreciation of his skilled assistant Mira. She was extremely personable and cheerful as well as thoroughly efficient and knowledgeable. I felt like I was the only patient she was working with. In my case, I developed prior to surgery a condition that had no affect on my surgery with Dr. Ousterhout, but might of had one with additional surgery I had scheduled in a few weeks with another surgeon. She took total charge of this situation, which, I want to emphasize, really had nothing to do with the surgery at hand. She spoke several times directly with the surgeon for my next surgery explaining the issue, set up an appointment with a local specialist, and totally became my advocate. Her care and concern made me feel like a friend, not a patient, and I don't think I am the only one to feel this way. more
