This place is ok but not great. They will do the job but they won't put extra effort to guarantee the costumer's satisfaction. I heard clients complain many times there about problems they had with their teeth, and most of the time the doctor ignored them. If I had to redo my treatment I would probably choose another place. more

Satisfied 8/16/2005

I got my braces off this year and I'm pretty satisfied--my teeth are definitely straight now, but I think I'm gonna have to wear my retainer for the rest of my life. The staff and orthodontists are very nice and always ask me how I've been doing, etc. It would be nice if the orthodontists were able to spend more time with the patients though. The office has some great views of the city too. more

wait wait wait 8/15/2005

This place feels like a doctors office. You wait forever for your turn at the chair. Then you wait again for the assistant to see you. You see the nurses 90% of the time and the orthodontist 10%. The orthos really don't do much, they just look to see if things are alright. However they do get the job done and I am satisfied. more

the people there are great. pricing is pretty reasonable. i got mine for about 4000 dollars excluding xrays. the thing i dont like about this place is that they have a ton of nurses tending to you about 90 percent of the appointment, the the doctor comes and checks on you for about 2 mins. and your appointment is done. okay, i didnt enjoy the service all that much. but otherwise, my teeth look straight and that's the most important part of the review. more

If you like waiting 7/14/2005

If you like waiting a long time, then this is the place for you. After you sign in, you have to wait to be called to a chair. After that, you have to wait a long time for the assistant to come and do whatever they have to do. The orthodontist only checks your teeth before you leave. He does not do anything himself. The only thing I like about this place is that their toothbrushes come in plastic packets. more
