i am going to cancel all the contract with them,no matter what they said, very poor customer service, i agree with HattieW says....when the man come inspection, they don't have get all treatment with him, and no bait too. sorry you will be lost all coustomer in the raleigh area,....don't even belive Orkin's triple GUARANTEE!!!! CANCEL SERVICE ,CANCEL SERIVCE! and all my family's restaurant all the got same problem with them. i will recommend to triangle pest control. more

Disorganized? Poor customer service? 8/31/2010

This company took 5 days to return my phone call to schedule an appointment. Then they gave me a two hour time slot for my inspection. They never showed up for the inspection, so I wasted time off of work waiting for them. They didn?t even call to tell me they would be late or were not coming. I emailed their customer service shortly after they didn?t show up for the inspection. No one ever contacted me from customer service. I recommend using Triangle Pest Control or ANY other pest control company. Don?t put the safety of your home in the hands of a company that lacks attention to detail. more
