If you've purchased an Acura, this is definitely a great place to get your car serviced. They have provided me a loaner everytime(although you do have to wait 3 weeks in advance ...

Don’t waste your time at Open Road Acura East Brunswick. \r I felt manipulated and the overall behavior of the sales person and sales manager was very dismissive. They did not want to hear what I have to say. \r I ended up purchasing a vehicle from Acura of Denville and had an amazing experience. more
