When I used Jenny Craig program,, I know this is the right program for me. They taught not to reduce my eating but choosing the right food that my body needs. I love Jenny Craig! more

Fulfilling! 11/23/2010

I have tried about 6 diet programs and this program helped me the most! I feel very happy and satisfied with the outcome. Even if I lost about 10 lbs, I'm still feeling fulfilled. Thank you! more

Their weight loss program has really made a big impact in my life. In 3 months, paired with determination, I lost 20 lbs! Before, my other wight loss program I didn't even lose 10 lbs or more. more

I lost 30 lbs on JC about 12 years ago. The counselor was a big help. The plan was a little different from the ABC plan. The food was better as well. I have tried to return (being that I am a lifetime member) a few times since. I agree with a lot of the posts. It is difficult to take advice from ""divas"" and ""overweight"" women when you feel vulnerable and are looking for guidance and a role model. The woman who was my counselor the first time really was down to earth and together. The questions are so annoying. They are ""canned."" The cost of the food plus the extra fruits/ vegetables/yogurts you are expected to buy on your own is overwhelming in todays economy. more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 11/5/2010

They charged me for had for a procedure I never had! Without any warning, they charged my credit card after i called in to postpone my appointment. All these people care about is getting your money. Very unfriendly service as well! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE more

This is nothing new about LA Weight Loss, they have been scamming people for years. I joined in 2003 did not lose as much weight as I needed to, felt starved when asked for a refund because the program was not meeting my nutricial needs I was promised a refund, that was 2004 still the office in my area closed and I never got a refund that I was promised. more

The greatest thing about Weight Watchers is you are not on a diet, you can enjoy everything, you just have to watch the amount you eat. You definitely can not eat fast food and pizza every day, you do have to cut back on the amount of fat and salt intake, but you do not have to eliminate it from you life completely and you always feel happy and satisfied. more
