Super nice and honest. 1/23/2012

I was introduced to this Auto Repair shop a few years ago when my 2001 ML350 Mercedes stopped running. My best friend referred me to One Stop Auto Repair. They took care of my car problem for cheap and my car ran just like new. My whole family and all of my friends bring cars here ever since for any car services. Super nice and honest, responsive and understanding, and always treats their customers with respect. more

They are true experts who are honest and helpful. Very reasonable with repair costs and always go above and beyond for customer service with great tips and recommendations. The shop may not be gigantic, but it's always my first and only stop shop for all repairs. more

Aweful Customer service and MISLEADING pricing 9/17/2011

You will never take your car there without being quoted another price after a repair.""ROBBERY""\r They cater to a population that has very poor credit and borderline reading skills to take advantage of the individual to their full capacity.\r * PLEASE ""before"" you get any work done, request the paperwork/guidlines related to refinancing. READ IT CAREFULLY. If you happen to be one day late on a payment there is a 500 DOLLAR CHARGE etc. Beware because they tend to give the customer the paperwork after the work has been completed. At this point, it is too late because the job has been done. \r They treat their customers like low class, desperate, needy, very low income, no other option having people\r \r Remember sometimes it good to pay a few more dollars than be treated like garbage. Better yet, save your money and go to a well rated place. Public Transportation people...do what u need to do. Everything that glitters isnt gold!!!!\r \r more

NEvER EVER GO HERE......or you' ll be sorry 6/15/2011

never EVER go to ONE STOP auto on greenmount ave. They gave me an estimate for 360 used coil, then called me back to tell me about my brakes. So they quoted me 800 for that. I walked out spending 2000. After they refused to release my car nor let me see it. At the same, several other customers were refused to see there cars. One customer called the police...at that time we asked to speak to them. They said they couldn't do anything because it was a civil matter. The police was called twice after this. One of those times the owner demanded I be arrested for disorderly conduct for asking to see my car. He was very rude and nasty. And told his staff not to tell me anything about MY CAR. After calling fox 45, and being ignored and disregarded. I thought i just would sign this contract and sue them. But readers beg you not to go there. My car is still jerking and the owner so nicely said they will look at it. Smdh. Btw. I'm sorry if you don't feel this is a good story but I Do. People should know about this before getting ripped off more

Don't take your car here 2/20/2011

Please do not take your car to one stop auto. This place is a total rip off. The owner Jerry is a peice of trash that preys on poor black people. He kept my car for 2 months, charged me 800.00 for an alternator. Called me one day and said the car was ready. It broke down on the way home and I had to have it towed home. The bad thing is, I didnt even need an alternator, he never checked the car out. more

Getting rich off of ripping off customers 2/14/2011

Had a timing belt issue with my car, called around and one stop gave me the lowest cost and the fastest turn around time. Had my car towed in and received a call later with another estimate which was double the original and twice the time to repair. Of course this made one stop the most expensive and the longer repair so I chose to come back and get my vehicle. I was told that I had to pay over $400 for them to reassemble my car, or they can put my engine pieces in a box and leave the box inside my car. In my opinion, they tell you whatever they believe will get you there and once they have your car the hustle begins. more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 1/14/2011

I took my car there for an inspection and the first thing the repair man said was that he didn't want to fix my car because it wasn't worth it. I get his point, but that is NONE of his business. If I choose to fix my car, than that's my decision, not the repair man. Number 2, after I gave them a deposit to fix the vehicle, they told me something else was wrong with the car and that they would need ANOTHER deposit to fix it. They've taken over a week to work on my car, after I was told it would only take a day. I get that this is a business, but businesses are nothing without customers. It seems the owners are money hungry, and perhaps should relocate to a wealthier part of the city and stop ripping off people in low income communities. I will NEVER do business EVER again with this shop. I at least hope that they get new management or training on customer service. Disgusted.... more

I RECENTLY TOOK MY CAR TO THIS SHOP AND THEY TOLD ME ONE THING WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR THEY FIXED IT AND I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THE CAR..THEN THEY TOLD ME SOMETHING ELSE FIXED IT AND STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM THIS BUSINESS IS HORRIBLE JERRY LIES ABOUT A LOT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASING OR GETTING SERVICE TO UR CAR OR TRUCK HERE.
