One Net Enterprises

One Net Enterprises has a lot of problems. First, they have an F rating by the BBB. That says it all right there! Next, they have a history of promising refunds with a return key code and when you return the items they refuse the package and then also refuse to return your money. Then when they are confronted they are rude to you and hang up on you repeatedly. A costume was ordered for my daughter and when it came in the mail it was not as pictured. I was told to advance purchase another so she would have it in time for Christmas and they would credit my card for the first dress upon receipt. They never did it! Then they claimed the key code that they sent me was expired. I mailed it twice at my own expense (stupid I know) and am out the $33 for the dress plus the cost to ship it twice. Melissa McKinney is the Controller and she is the one that repeatedly hung up on me. Jason C. Sanchez and his wife Shawn Veit Sanchez are the owners. I contacted them repeatedly and left messages to no avail. It's clear that they are NOT in the business of giving a service and are irresponsible. One dissatisfied customer on the internet is interested in bringing all parties together for a class action lawsuit. I reported them to the BBB, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Attorney General's office. more

I signed up to be a wholesaler of this company they requested a $250 deposit good towards your first orders up to $250, shortly thereafter I attempted NUMEROUS times to access different sections of their web site so I can place an order for products. Their web site did not work for me, it gave me errors when I attempted to place products in my shopping cart, many times it would not even place anything into the cart, it would just sit there doing nothing. I submitted numerous emails and tickets and the refuse to fix the problem and are refusing to give me back my deposit. They scammed me out of $250.00 and now they wont give it back, and I cant even get any of their products. HORRIBLE COMPANY, and rude customer service if you call or email them! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! more
