Oliver Woods Retirement Village is located on North Chipman Street off M-21 in Owosso. These are new apartments with new appliances. They are strictly for senior citizens. They are nice size apartments. There is plenty of parking spaces available. It is a quite apartment complex. The senior citizens I have met there are very friendly.
