Don't take your computer here 7/10/2009

I dropped of my laptop three weeks ago. They will not call me. When I call to check progress it is always at someone's station being worked on. It was supposed to be ready three days ago and it is still not. I would never go there again. Very poor customer service. Pros: not sure of one Cons: will take forever and not call you more
