My car stalled in Wickliffe and since I didn't have AAA, the police had it towed to this awful place! I was told that they would do an estimate and call me back. I waited until 5 pm the next day and finally called them. After calling them every day sometimes 2-3 times a day, they finally told me 4 days later that my car was toast. They're also trying to charge me for storage, for all those days I have been waiting to hear from them!
