Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club

Last August I was married at the Ocean Edge Resort, from the moment I stepped on their front lawn, I knew I had to get married there. I helped a friend look for a hotel on the cape a year before and we came across the website. And for a year before I was engaged, I dreamed of getting married there. Luckily my husband was on board with it! We booked a night at the resort in the midst of our planning and they treated us so well, we knew we were in good hands! On my wedding day, I honestly couldn't have asked for anything better! The entire Ocean Edge staff was fantastic and Larry, the coordinator, was calm and helpful through the entire Ceremony and Reception. During my stay at Ocean Edge over my wedding, I did run into one incident of bad customer service. When asking for a cab, the front desk representative was rude. I did feel like that since I was having my wedding there, I should have been treated with more respect. The place is gorgeous, if you’re in the Brewster area, it’s a stop that everyone has to see. more

We got married here 9 years ago and I went on the website tonight and it is just as beautiful as it was then, if not more. We got married in front of the carriage house with beautiful flowers on the lawn - tulips. The rooms are kind of pricey, at least they were for a young couple, but they are luxurious (big bathrooms, comfy bathrobes, big comfy beds with soft linens) and they are right by the water. There is great golfing and tennis and a private beach. They also have privately owned villas that are available for rent through third party agencies. Okay, I want to go back! Now! more

Ocean Edge is the destination of many peoples' summer vacations. People keep going back because of the beautiful landscaping, tennis courts, pools (yes multiple pools), beach, and friendly service. The golf course is also fabulous. Ocean Edge is a little bit pricey if you want a bigger condo. However it is well worth the price as it is centrally located to everything on the Cape. more
