I had a similar experience to another reviewer on this site. I purchased two Groupons as a gift for a family member. I called approximately three weeks before they were to expire, and the owner said there were "no Groupon appointments available." If we wanted them to honor the Groupon, we would have to pay an extra $25. I continued to ask her if they only allowed a certain number of "Groupon appointments" per day or per week, and she neglected to answer this question. In the end, I requested a refund from Groupon, and they complied. \r

Just yesterday, this business sent out another Groupon to Madison customers. I hope that this time they do not sell more Groupons than they are prepared to honor.
