Very Good 11/6/2013

Both my wife and I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new Toyota Tundra from Oak Brook Toyota. We were treated with courtesy and a willingness to sell us a new vehicle. PJ listened to our needs and offered suggestions. The most important part of the evening is that we got a wonderful truck at a very fair price. My wife and I appreciated the respect shown us by all of the people. more

Would Not Recommend 4/15/2010

I could not believe the salesperson I dealt with at Oak Brook Toyota. I was ready to buy a Rav4. I liked the little SUV; however, they did not have the color I wanted. Their lot had a lot of either black or white Rav4s. The sales person actually had the gal to tell me that it didn't matter what color it was because you couldn't see the color when you were sitting in the car. Come on... They did finally get my color after much hemming and hawing. more
