Above and beyond 10/29/2013

Even though a repair wasn't possible they went above and beyond testing and diagnosing a mystery clutch noise, gave me more info than the dealership could give me and charged me less to have half a dozen techs spend time trying to find the noise. more

Friendly service and also very knowledgable 10/12/2013

This is the second vehicle I have had service done on, the explanation on the different options that I receive from Tom is something that I value. I brought a 2003 Yukon in because everyone else wanted to throw money at it until it was fixed, you guys evaluated the issue and gave me some options and fixed the issue. Saved Me From Dealer Pressure 10/4/2013

My local mechanics heard a noise in the transmission of a used car my son was looking at I took it to the experts at O'Neill's and they took me on a walk-in basis, test drove the car, found the pinion gear the issue and gave me a written report. I showed the report to the dealer and I offered to reduce the purchase price to cover the needed repair. The dealer dropped us and looked for some new unsuspecting buyer. Oneill's is the best in Grand Rapids. I've used them three times and they have always been professional and responsive. more
