Nrb Property Management

NRB is a great company to deal with! I have been renting from them for 2 years now and when I am ready to move I will only find a home with their company. Brian is the person I usually deal with, I have nothing but great things to say about him! The rest of the NRB staff are great as well! Whenever I have a maintenance problem it gets taken care of right away, their website makes it easy to send maintenance request and we always get a quick response. I recommend NRB to all my friends and family. In fact I have 3 friends that rent from them and they love them too! more

***RENTERS BEWARE***This ""property management"" company is a joke...Renters beware to not rent from these people. The owner ""nash"" will never remember who you are and is always late to any property inspections and if the property needs something, good luck trying to get him or anybody else over there to do anything about it. It took almost 4 months to get something something put up in our home and that was after calling at least once every 2 weeks to check on it. And, every time I called them, they couldn't remember me asking for anything. There were several fire hazards in the home that were brought to ""Nash"" and he failed to do anything about them and then when it comes time to move out to deploy he acts like nothing was ever said. False claims were made against me and 2 other tenants that rented a property through them about damages to the property that were there before we even moved in. Im sure they will reply to this and say a bunch of very untrue things to defend their reputation ( a crappy one at that )but take it from 3 military members that we will definitely get the word out about these people and make sure that nobody we know or anybody that reads this, will rent from these people. Oh and by the way, kiss your deposit goodbye and if you have a pet, the pet deposit won't cover any damages or cleaning as a result of a pet. more

Great company. They are great to work with. They are extremely speedy at responding to issues with the rental. For instance, I had an issue with the bathroom. I messaged them with email, and they had someone there to look at it within two hours. They always were very honest and just a great company. I have no ill words for them. Thanks for the great rental experience. I would highly recommend them. more

We were just shown some properties by this company, and now that we have met a few of the people that work there, we are happy with NRB Property Management. They were nice, and ready to show us houses in no time flat. I am pretty surprised at the first review like that Jester guy. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. I would recommend them to everyone I know. more

We rented from these guys before, and have nothing but good things to say about them. I am amazed at the other review, as they went above and beyond to not only get us into the house, but helped us out during our lease. We would use them again in a heart beat! Thanks! more

when we moved in the house was not cleaned there was pee on the toilet seats and dust and dirt on counters ,the walls were also not painted and there was nails still located in the walls they promised to clean and fix things in the home that were broken the fan above the stove,the blinds were missing the stick to open and close and they wouldnt replace it nash would call and set up a day to come and fix things he would call and cancel or show up take 2 sec to look at it and would say he cant fix it now and that he would be back and wouldnt show up again he finally sent a repair man he also said these things needed to be fixed and when he came back he said nash wasnt going to pay for it and there was nothing he could do. nash also told us the fireplace worked and it didnt but refused to fix it thank goodness we only signed a six month lease.....I have never rented from such a horriable company more
