Over all this bank needs to improve product knowledge and move up to speed with the world of 2010. They operate in old times in which until somebody actually physically counts your money you dont have access & most consumers find a inconvenience !
Bank of America is definately up to speed as a comparison. No deposit slip needed reads your cash or check deposit electronically so your funds are right at your fingertips NOW not days later.
