Check the oil after the change 1/14/2014

I bought my car hear and the sales team was great. I have only had regular maintenance, but their new Express Lube for oil changes is terrible. Bad service and I have had oil spilled on my engine, and dirty oil after the change still in my engine. They take all day and the result is still poor work. more

RECALL 11/7/2013

Hyundai notified me that my vehicle had been recalled, something about corrosion of the cross bar member located under my car. Fortunately, it was not corroded at all. But the ease of scheduling an appointment online, the friendliness of Northtowne's personel along with appropriate explanations were excellent. Thank you Northtowne for making what could have been a grueling situation something a great deal more pleasant. more
