Hyundai notified me that my vehicle had been recalled, something about corrosion of the cross bar member located under my car. Fortunately, it was not corroded at all. But the ease of scheduling an appointment online, the friendliness of Northtowne's personel along with appropriate explanations were excellent. Thank you Northtowne for making what could have been a grueling situation something a great deal more pleasant.
