Really enjoyed our experience at Northside Fiat. Brandin was so great in explaining everything we needed to know about the car and answering all of our questions. He was very attentive, yet not overly intrusive. Really enjoyed our interactions with him.... very nice and friendly to be with. So appreciated that after purchase he took time to show me all of the workings of the car and made sure that it was in tip top shape as I left. Thanks again Brandin!! Have recommended him and the dealership to multiple people... love my car!! more

I was extremely late for my appointment but was still greeted pleasantly and enjoyed a tour of the used vehicles.Did some test driving of fiats and of a Chevy spark.Justin was knowledgeable and easy going and didn't put any pressure on me unlike dealers I'd felt with at other companies.He made the whole buying experience less stressful and more fun. more

I contacted Northside bc I was looking for a specific vehicle on a weekend. A member of the team emailed me almost immediately and let me know I would hear from Ryan on Monday which I did. He provided me with information via email continuously throughout the week, and worked with me and my boyfriend to find the car and financing that we wanted. He and the sales manager worked really hard to make it possible and smooth for us to complete the transaction over the weekend late in the day on Saturday...they had everything ready for us and took the time to make sure everything was explained and just right for our situation, helping us work around our family's needs and working with the very limited time we had. We appreciate their professionalism and service very much!! more

Ryan Hoggs,went above the call of duty to help me purchasing this new 500L.He was very friendly and made it very smooth and he made my wife and I feel like we were at home at the dealership.This is the second Fiat we have purchased there and will be back early 2015 to get one for my daughter.Ed was also Awesome.great job and great service.Love the 500L ,feel like it is a gem that if everyone knew how great they were ,they would be sold out. more
