After repeated requests, did not recieve printout of service performed or results of vehicle inspection. Also, chewed us out because of faulty block heater plug in which cracks at 25 below. Not our fault. more

Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Only down side that I can see is when I make an appointment to get my Tahoe serviced it takes so long to get it in & I wait a long time. Why make an appointment?!?! That is why I usually go to an oil change place, I get right in & right out. I'm a busy person & don't have a lot of time to sit around & wait. more

First the comments of z71 just being a sticker on a truck/ then while buying an extended bumper to bumper warranty I asked what exactly does that cover? The answer was "bumper to bumper" then of course the blower motor on the a.c. goes out and they didn't know if it was covered. They are quick to sell. Once you are out the door it's its over. The salesman was nice. That is probably due to the simple fact that he is new. I think what tops it all off is leaving the dealership happy knowing that you have the payment you wanted only to find out a month later that it had been increased by a one hundred a month. So am I happy? ...... Should have stayed with the idea of a Toyota. Two stars just for the salesman now I will wait a year and trade it for a Toyota. more

Friendly service but I have had my Equinox in 8 times for various issues sometimes more than once for the same issue. I feel the service dept. is getting aggravated at me for brining in the vehicle but it's not my fault it breaks. Like I said I have to keep bringing it in. more

HORRIBLE BUSINESS! GO ELSEWHERE! 7/24/2013

I got to the business @ 5:40PM, they closed at 6PM, all I could do was sign the paperwork and leave. I left to head home, which is a hour and a half away mind you, and when I stepped on the brake, my so called NEW car starting shaking, I took it to a mechanic the next morning and was told my brakes AND rotors were SHOT. I called them and told them to fix it or I was reporting them to the BBB! I had to take off work, drive there, and then was told I was getting a loner car because they had to keep mine overnight and it would be ready the next morning. AGAIN, I had to miss work to drive back and get my car the next day. Not only that, when I got in the loner car, it was EMPTY and I had to put my own gas in there to get home and get back to Superior the next day, and they will NOT refund my gas for the loner car! Upon signing ALL the paperwork, I signed a 70-POINT INSPECTION CHECKLIST. Everything in the car was supposedly "legit", obviously not. If you get a car from here, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND having your local/preferred mechanic doing a full check!!!!! more
