Never again. Five years ago when I was married I purchased our rings from this establishment. My ring was fine but my wife's inscription was completely botched. They claimed there was not enough room for the 13 letter inscription. OK, fine, but tell me that PRIOR to engraving 2/3rds of it on the ring. When they tried to erase the inscription they deformed the jewelers trademark and made the ring too big to fit my wife. We had to petition the jeweler to help restore the trademark, which he did, but no thanks the Northern Lights Gems We took care of that our selves. 5 years later looking for a bracelet in the 8-10 K range the lady could not even operate their own web site proficiently enough to give me product information. I asked if someone at the other store could just text a photo over, as I tried to give this lady an ""out"" on her inability to use the even basic functions of a computer. I was pushed out of the way for two ladys looking for Pandora bracelet jangles and after waiting for 15 minutes I simply asked to be emailed the prices of the bracelets. Currently, 8 days later I am still waiting on the prices. Fortunately my wife's new bracelet is tucked away in the house, purchased from a competitor down the road. more

Save your money! Purchased my wife's wedding bands there and diamonds fell out 2 hours later! They were sent back for repair and they came back okay. Not even 7 days later different diamonds fell out! Still trying to get our money back or just a store credit but the owner (Tony) is just too sneaky. He is never there and hides and has his employees try to do his dirty work. He never returns calls and talks in circles. I should have known better, Tony just looks like a slimy snake. Spend the extra cash and go to a real jeweler. I strongly recommend N.L.Shaw right on Main St. more
