They did exactly what they said they would do. It was done in exactly the time they said, they were very professional and courteous dealing with people.

Worst

I went to buy a car for my wife. They delivered the car with 57 miles on it. It was probably a demo car but they did not tell me that. I got it at night and did not see the damage...

I went to buy a car for my wife. They delivered the car with 57 miles on it. It was probably a demo car but they did not tell me that. I got it at night and did not see the damaged paint on the end of the driver door. They told me it’s nothing but would not fix it. This is the worst dealer ever. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Beware of their Sleazy business tactics more

I'm on my third lease with this dealer. 7/21/2011

Over the seven years using them both for service and sales, I have seen notable changes for the better, with a laser focus today on customer attention and service. It's been a lesson to watch an organization move itself over the years from sheer, unadulterated apathy to the kind of attention and patience you get today. As a testimony to the dealer's leadership, Honda has awarded the dealership with its highest honor the name of which escapes me. more

I was shopping for a used Civic and after visiting 4 dealers in Queens and Long Island, I stumbled on a car on NS web-site. The salesman Bob I dealt with was friendly and not pushy. Used car mgr. Mike was very friendly and professional. The price was pretty low except for those annoying prep and transport fees which they said they couldn't avoid. I even spoke to a salesman from another dealer while purchasing this car and he even agreed that I got an excellent deal. The overall process was smooth with financing also. Eddie did a good job in moving it along. I would definitely purchase from NS Honda again. more

Loyal honda Family 7/8/2011

We are a loyal honda Family and had been going to Honda City in the past. Over the years their customer service and gone horribly wrong and after a recent visit, we will NOT be returning there. We saw an ad in the paper yesterday for a 4WD CRV and went in and asked for it. Charlie Gordon pulled out the ad and said, "ok, so would you like Brown, blue or Silver and would you like to pick it up today?" It was that simple. We got it for the price advertised, in the exact color I had wanted and we picked it up 3 hours later! And our trade in was given what it was worth..no arguing! I am telling all my friends about our experience and as long as i was on here writing a Bad review about [another dealership], I thought i would compliment them on their great customer service since I don't usually think to write about the good experiences... only complain about the bad ones! more
