We are a loyal honda Family and had been going to Honda City in the past. Over the years their customer service and gone horribly wrong and after a recent visit, we will NOT be returning there. We saw an ad in the paper yesterday for a 4WD CRV and went in and asked for it. Charlie Gordon pulled out the ad and said, "ok, so would you like Brown, blue or Silver and would you like to pick it up today?" It was that simple. We got it for the price advertised, in the exact color I had wanted and we picked it up 3 hours later! And our trade in was given what it was worth..no arguing! I am telling all my friends about our experience and as long as i was on here writing a Bad review about [another dealership], I thought i would compliment them on their great customer service since I don't usually think to write about the good experiences... only complain about the bad ones!
