Emeril did such a good thing when he opened Nola 4/7/2006

I cannot get enough of this restaurant. Every time I am in New Orleans I make a stop here. They served the best Caesar salad I've ever had in my life here. Any establishment that makes fried green tomatoes taste this good gets a huge thumbs up in my book! The decor is nice- modern and classic at the same time. I have to say, I have never felt so comfortable being myself in a restaurant meant to be a "fine-dining" experience. The staff is fun and friendly. I head back next week. I only hope my beloved Nola has the same heart it did pre-Katrina. more
