Can't speak to the dollar value of the service, as my appointment was complimentary due to a factory error, but the experience was nice. The advisor and receptionist were friendly...

Worst

I have to wait for 10 days in order for them to fix my engine light indicator due to misfiring and my assigned service advisor is unprofessional.

Great customer service! 2/11/2014

The staff was extremely accommodating during my wait. They knew I wanted to work on some paper work and guided me to a room with a desk and a computer for me to wait at, rather than the normal waiting room. They gave me updates while my car was being worked on also. more
