Can't speak to the dollar value of the service, as my appointment was complimentary due to a factory error, but the experience was nice. The advisor and receptionist were friendly...

Worst

I have to wait for 10 days in order for them to fix my engine light indicator due to misfiring and my assigned service advisor is unprofessional.

The men and women at Hyundai Serramonte are really dedicated to providing great service. They thoroughly explained what my service entailed and the work was accomplished in a timely manner. And the fact that they are open early (7 AM) and on Saturday is very convenient. I will definitely be back! more

Honest and Diligent 5/16/2014

They found a small oil drip and rather than just fixing what they thought it might be, they put dye in the oil so they could figure out exactly where it was leaking so I could fix next time I came in. Washed my car also! more

Ray, Service Rep. 3/25/2014

Ray made time to fit us in on a busy afternoon since we were from out of town and eager to go home after I just had hand surgery 30 minutes earlier. Unfortunately, parts needed to be ordered, but Ray set up a rental. Later when there was a problem with the billing, Ray and his manager called the rental company and fixed the problem. Outstanding and understanding service by all and my car rubs great. more
