Both times I have had oil changes they wash the car both don't even dry it off. it is a black 370Z, THAT LEAVES WATER SPOTS. I TAKE MY BLASCK TOYOTA TRUCK TO ANY OF...

I like that I can drop in for an oil change without an appointment and usually do not have to wait more than an hour. The service is always friendly and a very clean environment is maintained. Keep up the good work. Tonya and Jim are exceptional!! more

Technicians who do car washes 1/21/2014

I noticed missing tire rubber and a small swiped at the driver's rear side. I emailed Tonya this morning about it. It appears some of your Technicians are careless with my car. When they work on my car or wash it they do not do a good job and leave scratches and now I'm missing a half round piece of rubber. The glue there is still fresh. I really don't want my car washed there any more. more

The staff is very nice. I bought my car here and I just had an oil change. Only thing is I wish the oil changes were a little cheaper. After driving all the way from my house, I wish it was cheaper. more

Jaremko has been the best dealer I have dealt with in Spokane. The package deals they offer give a wide selection on the cars in stock. They treated us like valuable customers while another Nissan dealer in town treated did not work with us at all. more
