It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

Worst

When you pay $26 for a brunch buffet, the best item on the buffet should NOT be the waffles. Unfortunately that was the case here. To their credit, the waffles were damn good. ...

Nicollet Island Inn Restaurant is a wonderful restaurant located on Nicollet Island, on the Mississippi River, between Downtown Minneapolis and Northeast Minneapolis. This is a special occasion restaurant, as the prices are high. However, the food is excellent. Their menu features excellent steaks, chicken, fish, and the like. They have an outstanding wine collection as well. This restaurant offers great views of the river and Mpls. It is part of the Nicollet Island Inn, a very quaint and historic Inn. more

This is place you want to go for romantic dinner The sevice, the ambiance, the location, the surroundings! I loved the place and from the moment we arrived at the resturant staff was very polite and gave us very private little corner booth. more

Pleasant Stay 8/5/2005

Nicollet Island Inn is one of the finest hotels in the Twin Cities. It's almost like stepping back in time. Located across the river from downtown Mpls, it has a wonderful skyline view and is right next to St. Anthony Main, which is the fine bricked street area. We have had romantic as well as business events there. Both are appropriate is the style fits both easily. Staff is great and the rooms are comfortable. more

Great place to relax! 7/29/2005

Nicollet Island Inn is a quiet spot to relax in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Minneapolis. The staff is friendly and ready to wait on you hand and foot. The Inn itself is beautiful and the beds comfortable. The view is remarkable! Beautiful skyline view of downtown Minneapolis...hard to beat. Small so make reservations ahead of time. Not recommended to families with children. more
